		<description>The use of coaches and other resource people to strengthen ministries is definitely growing! The ELCA discovered this in 2007 through a survey of 42 of our 65 synods. Since then we have partnered with several other denominations to further the development of a faith-based ecumenical network of coaches, consultants, and spiritual directors.
